Vigorous Games

What makes a great vigorous game?

  • Games should be structured to engage participation from 100% of students for 100% of the game time.
  • Students should be huffing and puffing.
  • Students will probably need a rest after about 2 minutes.
  • Avoid games that involve students sitting around waiting for a turn, eg kick ball.
